Tips to Accelerate Hair Growth

1. Eat a nourishing and well-balanced diet
Watch what you eat. After all, a faster hair growth is very much dependent on your diet. 2. Perk up your protein intake.

Protein, especially from meat, helps to produce hair cell protein which promotes hair growth. Add a regular protein source to your diet and you will be feeding your hair.
3. Take in foods that contain Omega 3 fatty acids.
Omega 3 is a fatty acid typically found in seafood. It helps to promote hair growth as well as adding luster and shine to your hair. It also has the added benefit of moisturising your scalp, helping to avoid dry flaky skin. A healthy scalp is a must for rapid hair growth.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. By drinking at least 2 litres of water a day, you’ll be flushing out toxins in your body that inhibit hair growth. Your hair will grow faster and maintain a greater elasticity and strength.
5. Mayonnaise treatment
We’re not talking about putting it on a sandwich, we’re talking about putting it on your hair! Mayonnaise contains oil and vinegar which help to moisturise and restore the pH balance of your hair. In addition, the protein content in it helps to strengthen hair a limit breakage. To do this, dampen your hair, spread the mayonnaise throughout, leave for twenty minutes. Remember of course to wash it out once you are done.
